Sauce for Pasta Aglio e Olio with Chorizo

Pasta Aglio e Olio is a traditional dish of the Neapolitan Cuisine. It translates to pasta with Garlic and Oil. In our Delidoor version we elevated the Aglio e Olio sauce with the addition of Chorizo and fresh herbs. Explosion of Mediterranean flavours guaranteed in 5 minutes.
Pairs very well with, Spaghetti or Linguine. 350g, serves 2.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. To defrost, place the bag in the fridge for at least 24 hours. Once defrosted, heat, and consume within 2-3 days.
Cook and drain the pasta you have chosen.
Heat a pan and fry the sauce for 2 minutes. Add the drained pasta and freshly grated parmesan in and cook for a few minutes.
Tip: If you didn’t have time to defrost in the fridge, carefully place the bag into some hot water for a few minutes.
