Description

Feast your senses on Duck Confit with Wild Mushroom Sauce and Roasted Potatoes. This isn't just a meal, it's an edible ode to the art of slow cooking, the way it should be. Chef Sebastien, our culinary maestro, crafts each duck leg with care, cooking them unhurriedly in duck fat and aromatic herbs until they reach a state of sublime tenderness. The result? A duck confit that's so tender, it could almost melt in your mouth.

But we didn't stop there. We've paired this succulent duck with a lavish wild mushroom sauce, a rich and earthy symphony that elevates the dish to new culinary heights. And let's not forget about the Kipfler potatoes. Roasted to perfection, they provide a hearty and comforting accompaniment to the duck, a delightful dance of textures and flavours in your mouth.

This meal is a testament to our commitment to scratch-made quality. Each ingredient is carefully chosen, each step meticulously carried out, to ensure you get a meal that's not just delicious, but also wholesome and free from preservatives. And thanks to the magic of snap-freezing, you can enjoy this artisanal feast anytime you want, right in the comfort of your home.

So why not treat yourself to this gourmet delight? After all, everyone deserves a little indulgence every now and then. Bon appétit!

Delicious

This duck was absolutely delicious. I heated it in the air fryer and it came out perfect, the meat was just falling off the bone. It was great teamed up with the roast potatoes that came with it. I just added some steamed vegetables (also from Delidoor) and voila, a restaurant quality meal ready with almost no effort. Will definitely be ordering again.

Frequently asked questions

Are the meals frozen?

Absolutely. We snap‑freeze within minutes of cooking so nutrients, texture and flavour stay locked in—no preservatives needed. This is the guarantee of delicious and nutritious meals.

How long will they last in my freezer?

Up to 5-6  months after delivery. Each label shows an Expiry Date; most families finish their favourites long before that!

Oven temperatures: Fan-forced vs. Conventional

All our oven reheating instructions are for fan‑forced ovens that’s the setting most Aussie households use.

  • Using a conventional (top‑and‑bottom) oven? Simply add 10 °C or allow an extra 5–10 minutes to reach the same result.

  • Unsure which oven you have? If your oven symbol shows a little fan, it’s fan‑forced. No fan means conventional.
Whichever mode you choose, always heat until the food is piping hot (above 75 °C) before serving.

How do I prepare the meals at home?

How do I prepare them?
Each product label describes the best method for the dish—choose oven, air‑fryer or saucepan for best results.

  • Oven / Air‑fryer (bakes, pies, lasagnes, quiches, pastries) – 30‑35 min at 180‑200 °C until piping hot and golden if reheated from thawed.

  • Saucepan (curries, stews, soups, sauces) – defrost pack, then warm gently 8‑10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave only for single‑serve meals when you’re truly short on time; 6‑8 min on medium‑high from frozen or 2-3min from thawed. We don’t recommend it for most dishes because rapid heating can dry the food and dull its flavour.

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

We deliver everything frozen for maximum freshness, so keep meals in the freezer until the day before you want them. Once thawed in the fridge (below 5 °C), you can keep them up to 2 / 3 days maximum.

Never refreeze a meal that's been thawed and always check the Expiry Date on the label for dish-specific guidance.

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. On the main menu page, you'll find filters for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low-calorie meals. Please be aware that due to our single kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.
I have allergies - can I trust the labels?

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on pack and online. Email us if you need extra detail.

Is your meat halal?

All our chicken, beef and lamb are sourced from halal‑certified suppliers. Meals themselves are not certified, as our kitchen is not a halal certified.

What about sodium, sugar or macros?

Nutrition panels for every dish are on each product page and dish label. We stick to home‑style seasoning—no hidden MSG, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives or other nasties.

Why frozen over "fresh chilled"

Freezing offers a preservative-free method of conservation and, when performed correctly, is also a gentle process for the product, so you can enjoy conveniently delicious, nutritious and preservatives free meals.
