The Canele is a small French pastry from the Bordeaux region, infused with rum and vanilla, featuring a soft, tender custard center and a thick, caramelised crust. Shaped like a small, striated cylinder about five centimeters tall, it has a slight depression at the top. Product delivered Frozen, 4 Caneles per bag.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. To bake the Caneles place them frozen in a preheated oven at 200C for 10-12 min. Let it cool down for 10 min before eating.
