Truffade (Potatoes Gratin with Truffles & Bacon), serves 2

$28.00

Truffade is a baked dish made with thinly sliced potatoes, that are slowly cooked in goose fat until tender.  They are then mixed with thin strips of fresh cheese and Bechamel. We elevate ours to the next level by adding truffle and bacon to the mix.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions:

Frozen product. The dish has to be defrosted before reheating. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 2-3 days.

Heat up your oven to 170°C, reheat the Truffade for 15-20 min until the cheese melts and bubbles.

Great served as a side with a steak or as a main with a green salad.
