Vegetarian Lasagna
Please note these cooking instructions are merely a guide as different ovens may vary the cooking times. Feel free to cook a little longer if you feel necessary. Our cooking durations may be a little less than needed as we want to avoid any dishes being overcooked or burnt.
From frozen, preheat the oven to 150C, remove the lid and place in your preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes, then turn the oven to 170C and bake for a further 20 minutes until the top is golden brown and the sauce is starting to bubble over.
From thawed, preheat the oven to 170C, remove the lid and place in your preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the sauce is starting to bubble over.
Be sure to keep an eye on it as once it starts to bubble over you will know that it is ready. Make sure you don't let it bubble over for too long or you will lose the delicious juicy sauce and it may become too dry. If you want to test that the inside has warmed through, insert a temperature probe into the middle and check it has reached 75C. If the middle is not warm enough, place it back in the oven for another 5 minutes or until bubbling over. Once you are happy that it is cooked, remove from the oven.
Let the lasagna rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Great served with a side of green salad.
Pumpkin falafel with middle eastern roasted vegetables
It is recommended to reheat in a 170C oven. Place the contents into an oven proof dish and bake for approximately 20 minutes until the falafel are warmed through.
Serve with Tzatziki or hummus dip.
Basmati Rice
To reheat rice, cut a small edge of the top corner of the pouch. Microwave for 2-3 minutes (from defrosted) or 3-4 minutes (from frozen) or until piping hot. Cut open the pouch and fluff rice with a fork before serving with main meal.
Arrabiata Sauce and Pappardelle
For the sauce : Frozen product. To defrost place the bag in the fridge for at least 24 hours. Once defrosted, heat, and consume within 48 hours.
Reheat slowly in a saucepan for 5 min or until bubbling, can also be reheated in the microwave for 2 min.
For the pasta. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours. To reheat, place in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring after one minute.
Tarte Tatin
From thawed, preheat your oven at 180 degrees and place your Tarte Tatin for 10 to 15min. It can be served with Vanilla ice cream.
Chocolate Fondants
Frozen product. To heat the fondant and achieve a perfect gooey effect, place the frozen fondant in a preheated oven at 180C for 12 min.
