For our Empanadas we teamed up with the guys at the Empanada House.

Alex and his team are true to their Argentinian Heritage and follow the traditional recipe of the Argentinian Empanadas. The vegetarian empanadas are prepared with Mozzarella, Cherry Tomatoes and Basil.

Product delivered frozen. 4 empanadas per bag

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Raw frozen product. Bake from Thawed. Thaw in the fridge for a few hours.

Brush with egg wash.

Put the empanadas onto a lined baking tray and place it on middle shelf of oven and bake for 15-20 mins at 180°C until golden.

Take your Empanadas out of the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes before digging in.

The filling will be piping hot, so exercise a little patience for that perfect bite!

Vegetarian Empanadas

While in Argentina and Uruguay in business, I tried different type of empanadas and loved them. I have to say that Delidoor's Veggie - Chicken and Beef ones are all amazingly close to the ones in South America so I have to recommend them for the taste and the experience. They are the best in OZ hands down. Mucho buenas!!!
