Description

Say 'bonjour' to our Ham Ready to Glaze, an unassuming star of the Delidoor menu. This isn't just any ham - it's a symphony of flavours lovingly crafted from scratch by our talented chefs. Imagine the tangy sweetness of maple syrup, the citrusy notes of fresh oranges and lemons, and the comforting warmth of cinnamon, all coming together to create a glaze that's nothing short of magical.

Our ham is gently infused with this aromatic blend, along with the subtle kick of wholegrain mustard and the earthy undertones of star anise. And let's not forget the classic medley of herbs - fresh thyme, rosemary, and marjoram - that adds a layer of complexity to this dish.

Every bite is a testament to our commitment to quality and care. And because it's snap-frozen, you get to enjoy this culinary masterpiece at its freshest, whenever you want. Just pop it in the oven, and voila! You've got a meal that's sure to impress, with minimal effort. Pair it with some roast vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete, nourishing meal. Bon appétit!

How to cook & serve

Frozen product. The dish must be defrosted before reheating.

To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours.

Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 2–3 days.

Oven:

Preheat the oven at 170 degrees. Put the ham in a deep baking tray with baking paper at the bottom and put in oven on the lowest shelf. Pour the glaze on top of the ham. From there baste the ham with the glaze every 20 min for 60 to 90 minutes.

The nicest ham I’ve ever had

This ham was delicious. The meat was moist and the glaze seems to have properly marinated the meat for a great flavour. It got even better on the next day. Will definitely order again.

Frequently asked questions

Are the meals frozen?

Absolutely. We snap‑freeze within minutes of cooking so nutrients, texture and flavour stay locked in—no preservatives needed. This is the guarantee of delicious and nutritious meals.

How long will they last in my freezer?

Up to 5-6  months after delivery. Each label shows an Expiry Date; most families finish their favourites long before that!

Oven temperatures: Fan-forced vs. Conventional

All our oven reheating instructions are for fan‑forced ovens that’s the setting most Aussie households use.

  • Using a conventional (top‑and‑bottom) oven? Simply add 10 °C or allow an extra 5–10 minutes to reach the same result.

  • Unsure which oven you have? If your oven symbol shows a little fan, it’s fan‑forced. No fan means conventional.
Whichever mode you choose, always heat until the food is piping hot (above 75 °C) before serving.

How do I prepare the meals at home?

How do I prepare them?
Each product label describes the best method for the dish—choose oven, air‑fryer or saucepan for best results.

  • Oven / Air‑fryer (bakes, pies, lasagnes, quiches, pastries) – 30‑35 min at 180‑200 °C until piping hot and golden if reheated from thawed.

  • Saucepan (curries, stews, soups, sauces) – defrost pack, then warm gently 8‑10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave only for single‑serve meals when you’re truly short on time; 6‑8 min on medium‑high from frozen or 2-3min from thawed. We don’t recommend it for most dishes because rapid heating can dry the food and dull its flavour.

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

We deliver everything frozen for maximum freshness, so keep meals in the freezer until the day before you want them. Once thawed in the fridge (below 5 °C), you can keep them up to 2 / 3 days maximum.

Never refreeze a meal that's been thawed and always check the Expiry Date on the label for dish-specific guidance.

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. On the main menu page, you'll find filters for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low-calorie meals. Please be aware that due to our single kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.
I have allergies - can I trust the labels?

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on pack and online. Email us if you need extra detail.

Is your meat halal?

All our chicken, beef and lamb are sourced from halal‑certified suppliers. Meals themselves are not certified, as our kitchen is not a halal certified.

What about sodium, sugar or macros?

Nutrition panels for every dish are on each product page and dish label. We stick to home‑style seasoning—no hidden MSG, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives or other nasties.

Why frozen over "fresh chilled"

Freezing offers a preservative-free method of conservation and, when performed correctly, is also a gentle process for the product, so you can enjoy conveniently delicious, nutritious and preservatives free meals.
