Grated fresh turmeric gives this grilled chicken a golden glow, while plenty of garlic, ginger, and tamarind add bright flavour.  Serves 2.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Raw frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.

Please note: this product contains raw chicken and should be fully cooked before consumption. Cook the chicken on your pre-heated BBQ with oil. Can also be pan-fried with oil.
