For this pie we took our traditional recipe of beef bourguignon (only difference is that we cut the pieces of beef smaller), and we covered it with an egg washed puff pastry sheet. The result is a super tasty pie where the ratio fillings vs pastry is in favour of the filling. Gourmet comfort food at its best.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.
Defrost before baking.
Preheat your oven at 170deg. Prepare an egg wash (egg and milk or cream) and brush it on the pastry before baking. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
