Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 2-3 days.
Please note these cooking instructions are merely a guide as different ovens may vary the cooking times.
From frozen: Preheat the oven to 150°C, place the casserole in your preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Then turn the oven to 180°C and bake for a further 15 minutes until the sauce is starting to bubble over.
From thawed: Preheat the oven to 180°C, place the casserole in your preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the sauce is starting to bubble over.
Perfect served with a side of green steamed vegetables, rice or couscous.
