Warning: this product contains raw chicken, and must be fully cooked before consumption. 

Place, frozen, on a baking-paper lined oven tray, spritz or brush with a little olive oil  and bake in a 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, turning once, till lightly golden and cooked through. You can also defrost and shallow-fry, as you would schnitzels, for about 5 minutes a side.
