Nothing beats a panko crumbed chicken tenderloin, originally developed for kids, this recipe has been pleasing a few "big kids" along the way. 400g, serves 2 kids.

Warning: this product contains raw chicken, and must be fully cooked before consumption.
Place the frozen tenderloins on a baking-paper lined oven tray, spritz or brush with a little olive oil and bake in a 200C oven for 15-20 minutes, turning once, till lightly golden and cooked through. You can also defrost and shallow-fry, as you would schnitzels, for about 5 minutes a side.
