Description

Indulge in the velvety decadence of our Gluten Free Chocolate Moelleux & Strawberry Coulis. This is not just any dessert, but a carefully crafted symphony of flavours that will transport you to a cosy Parisian patisserie.

Each bite of the moelleux is a testament to the magic of scratch-made goodness. We've swirled together the finest cocoa powder with a blend of rice and gluten-free flour, creating a rich, chocolatey base that's as delightful as it is guilt-free. And let's not forget about the butter - it lends a melt-in-your-mouth creaminess that's simply irresistible.

But the real showstopper here is our homemade strawberry coulis. Fresh, vibrant strawberries are transformed into a luscious sauce that drapes over the moelleux like a ruby-red blanket. It's a pairing that's as classic as it is delicious.

So, whether you're ending a long day with a sweet treat or celebrating a special occasion, our Gluten Free Chocolate Moelleux & Strawberry Coulis is sure to make the moment even more memorable.

And remember, this isn't just a dessert, it's Delidoor - where every meal is an experience. Why not pair this delightful dessert with a steamy cup of your favourite coffee or tea? The perfect end to any meal, or a luxurious treat just because you deserve it.

Yum

Yum and yum. We loved this warm with the lovely strawberry sauce, which broke the richness of the chocolate. Add some good quality vanilla icecream and it puts a smile on your face

Yummy but I suggest you put your strawberry coulis in a sealed bag mine was spread over the inside of the delivery box.

Frequently asked questions

Are the meals frozen?

Absolutely. We snap‑freeze within minutes of cooking so nutrients, texture and flavour stay locked in—no preservatives needed. This is the guarantee of delicious and nutritious meals.

How long will they last in my freezer?

Up to 5-6  months after delivery. Each label shows an Expiry Date; most families finish their favourites long before that!

Oven temperatures: Fan-forced vs. Conventional

All our oven reheating instructions are for fan‑forced ovens that’s the setting most Aussie households use.

  • Using a conventional (top‑and‑bottom) oven? Simply add 10 °C or allow an extra 5–10 minutes to reach the same result.

  • Unsure which oven you have? If your oven symbol shows a little fan, it’s fan‑forced. No fan means conventional.
Whichever mode you choose, always heat until the food is piping hot (above 75 °C) before serving.

How do I prepare the meals at home?

How do I prepare them?
Each product label describes the best method for the dish—choose oven, air‑fryer or saucepan for best results.

  • Oven / Air‑fryer (bakes, pies, lasagnes, quiches, pastries) – 30‑35 min at 180‑200 °C until piping hot and golden if reheated from thawed.

  • Saucepan (curries, stews, soups, sauces) – defrost pack, then warm gently 8‑10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave only for single‑serve meals when you’re truly short on time; 6‑8 min on medium‑high from frozen or 2-3min from thawed. We don’t recommend it for most dishes because rapid heating can dry the food and dull its flavour.

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

We deliver everything frozen for maximum freshness, so keep meals in the freezer until the day before you want them. Once thawed in the fridge (below 5 °C), you can keep them up to 2 / 3 days maximum.

Never refreeze a meal that's been thawed and always check the Expiry Date on the label for dish-specific guidance.

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. On the main menu page, you'll find filters for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low-calorie meals. Please be aware that due to our single kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.
I have allergies - can I trust the labels?

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on pack and online. Email us if you need extra detail.

Is your meat halal?

All our chicken, beef and lamb are sourced from halal‑certified suppliers. Meals themselves are not certified, as our kitchen is not a halal certified.

What about sodium, sugar or macros?

Nutrition panels for every dish are on each product page and dish label. We stick to home‑style seasoning—no hidden MSG, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives or other nasties.

Why frozen over "fresh chilled"

Freezing offers a preservative-free method of conservation and, when performed correctly, is also a gentle process for the product, so you can enjoy conveniently delicious, nutritious and preservatives free meals.
