Fancy a bit of a spicy twist on a quiche? Look no further! This chorizo quiche hits the spot and is suitable for the entire family. Serve it with a green salad and it will become one of your favourites. Serves 3-4 with a side.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours.
Reheat in 180C oven for 10-15 minutes.
From frozen, place in 180C oven for 20-30 minutes.
If you like the base a bit crunchy, transfer your quiche on baking paper before to put in the oven.
Serve with a side of green salad.
