Chicken baked with lemon, garlic, and oregano, served with green olives and Kipfler Potatoes. Product delivered frozen. Serves 2.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions:
Frozen product. The dish has to be defrosted before reheating. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.
Preheat your oven at 170°C. Remove the lid and place in the oven. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until the chicken is warmed through and the potatoes crispy. You can regularly baste the chicken with cooking juice to ensure it remains moist.
Tip: If you didn't have time to defrost in the fridge, carefully place the bag into some hot water from the kettle for a few minutes.
