Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours. To defrost place the bags in the fridge for at least 24 hours.
Please note: this product contains raw fish and should be fully cooked before consumption.
Fry in a hot pan for a few minutes each side, until cooked through.
Bake in the oven for 10 min on each side at 180 deg.
