Premium Italian Sausages with Home Made Onion Gravy, 4 sausages, serves 2


Our Premium Italian Sausages are a tribute to Italian meat processing tradition. Packed with flavour and made with only premium ingredients. 

To accompany the sausages Chef Sebastien has been working on an Home Made Onion and Mustard Gravy.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Defrost separately the meat and the sauce. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.

Take the sausages out of the bag. Do not use the sauce yet. It is recommended to bring the sausages back to room temperature before grilling them.

Heat up the BBQ and cook the sausages for 15 min turning frequently. 

You can cook in the oven for 13 minutes at 180 deg.

Put the sausages aside and let them rest a few minutes. In the meantime, heat up a pan and pour the sauce into the pan, stir for a couple of minutes. Pour the sauce on the rested sausages, and serve.

Great Flavour and Texture

This was our 1st time ordering this meal, it was really tasty and the sausages held together really well.
The homemade gravy was delicious, ( I would have liked a larger portion).
I like to have a serving of vegetables with each meal, so we had to add these ourselves
Overall really enjoyed them

A Winner!!

These were a bit hit with my husband. (I'm not a sausage fan so he ate them in two meals) The sausages were flavoursome & complemented perfectly by the tasty onion gravy. Will order again.
