Description

Indulge in the ultimate comfort food with a gourmet twist - our Mac and Cheese with Bacon. This isn't your run-of-the-mill pasta dish, but a symphony of flavours and textures crafted with culinary finesse.

Our chefs start from scratch, cooking the pasta to al dente perfection before enveloping it in a dreamy, creamy sauce. We source our milk and cream from responsible providers to ensure a rich, velvety base that's simply divine.

But the star of the show is undoubtedly our trio of cheeses - Parmesan and Cheddar - each lending their unique notes to this cheesy masterpiece. The Parmesan adds a nutty depth, while the Cheddar brings a mellow richness that's hard to resist.

We then sprinkle in crispy, savoury bacon pieces for that perfect contrast of textures. A hint of onion and garlic, along with a blend of mixed herbs, adds an extra layer of flavour that elevates this classic dish to new heights.

And let's not forget the pièce de résistance - a golden, buttery breadcrumb topping that provides a delightful crunch with every bite. This is mac and cheese, but not as you know it.

Our Mac and Cheese with Bacon is cooked in small batches to ensure quality and then snap-frozen to lock in all that goodness. It's the convenience of a frozen meal with the heart and soul of home-style cooking.

Pair it with a crisp salad or some steamed veggies for a well-rounded meal that's sure to delight your taste buds. Bon appétit!

Tastes homemade

Classic comfort food that tastes homemade. Personally, I needed a side dish to make this 2 servings. Great with a chicken schnitzel or salad.

Frequently asked questions

Are the meals frozen?

Absolutely. We snap‑freeze within minutes of cooking so nutrients, texture and flavour stay locked in—no preservatives needed. This is the guarantee of delicious and nutritious meals.

How long will they last in my freezer?

Up to 5-6  months after delivery. Each label shows an Expiry Date; most families finish their favourites long before that!

Oven temperatures: Fan-forced vs. Conventional

All our oven reheating instructions are for fan‑forced ovens that’s the setting most Aussie households use.

  • Using a conventional (top‑and‑bottom) oven? Simply add 10 °C or allow an extra 5–10 minutes to reach the same result.

  • Unsure which oven you have? If your oven symbol shows a little fan, it’s fan‑forced. No fan means conventional.
Whichever mode you choose, always heat until the food is piping hot (above 75 °C) before serving.

How do I prepare the meals at home?

How do I prepare them?
Each product label describes the best method for the dish—choose oven, air‑fryer or saucepan for best results.

  • Oven / Air‑fryer (bakes, pies, lasagnes, quiches, pastries) – 30‑35 min at 180‑200 °C until piping hot and golden if reheated from thawed.

  • Saucepan (curries, stews, soups, sauces) – defrost pack, then warm gently 8‑10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave only for single‑serve meals when you’re truly short on time; 6‑8 min on medium‑high from frozen or 2-3min from thawed. We don’t recommend it for most dishes because rapid heating can dry the food and dull its flavour.

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

We deliver everything frozen for maximum freshness, so keep meals in the freezer until the day before you want them. Once thawed in the fridge (below 5 °C), you can keep them up to 2 / 3 days maximum.

Never refreeze a meal that's been thawed and always check the Expiry Date on the label for dish-specific guidance.

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. On the main menu page, you'll find filters for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low-calorie meals. Please be aware that due to our single kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.
I have allergies - can I trust the labels?

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on pack and online. Email us if you need extra detail.

Is your meat halal?

All our chicken, beef and lamb are sourced from halal‑certified suppliers. Meals themselves are not certified, as our kitchen is not a halal certified.

What about sodium, sugar or macros?

Nutrition panels for every dish are on each product page and dish label. We stick to home‑style seasoning—no hidden MSG, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives or other nasties.

Why frozen over "fresh chilled"

Freezing offers a preservative-free method of conservation and, when performed correctly, is also a gentle process for the product, so you can enjoy conveniently delicious, nutritious and preservatives free meals.
