Lovely as a side with the Greek chicken skewers
I always love to have this in the freezer as a delicious, reliable meal.
I'm not really into couscous, but this was delicious.
The cous cous was delicious and easy to prepare. I heated our serve up and stirred through some baby spinach for some extra greens.
Flavour is great, but because of freezing and thawing the salad is a little soggy. Not badly so, but enough that a bit of fresh capsicum, parsley and red onion can really give it a lift.
