A classic of French comfort food that Delidoor founders grew up with, these Mushroom and Cheese Savoury Crepes make the perfect quick and delicious mid week dinner. 4 crepes, 680g, serves 2 to 3.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. The dish has to be defrosted before reheating. To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 2-3 days.
From thawed, preheat the oven to 170°C, place in your preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown and the sauce is starting to bubble over.
Great served with a side of green salad.
Tip: If you didn’t have time to defrost in the fridge, carefully place the bag into some hot water from the kettle for a few minutes.
