Chicken Mushroom Quiche with all-butter pie crust filled and baked with a mixture of egg, cream, milk, chicken and sautéed mushrooms.  Product delivered frozen.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours.

If already defrosted, reheat in 170C oven for 15 minutes. 

From frozen, place in 160C oven for 20-25 minutes.

If you like the base a bit crunchy, transfer your quiche on baking paper before to put in the oven.

Serve with a side of green salad.

Tasty Quiche For Lunch

The Chicken & Mushroom quiche was delightful - a quick heat in the over - it was light and fluffy - pastry was perfect and the whole quiche was very tasty - It was a delicious lunch with some salad on the side.

Delicious quiche

Everything about this quiche was perfect. I cooked it in an air fryer and it was so tasty and a good sized portion.

This quiche is a great size for one. I recommend thawing it first then baking on baking paper. My oven takes longer to cook.I enjoy it very much with a tossed salad + some fries yum!!!!!
