Chicken Mushroom Quiche with all-butter pie crust filled and baked with a mixture of egg, cream, milk, chicken and sautéed mushrooms.  Product delivered frozen.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 2-3 days.

Please note that these cooking instructions are merely a guide as cooking times may vary depending on your oven or air fryer.

In the oven: Remove the quiche from the foil. From defrosted: Preheat the oven to 170°C, then bake for 15 min. From frozen: Preheat the oven to 160°C. Bake for 20-25 minutes, then 5 min at 170°C.

In the air fryer: Remove the quiche from the foil. The dish has to be defrosted to be reheated. Bake for 7-9 min, at 180°C.

If you like the base a bit crunchy, transfer your quiche on baking paper before putting it in the oven/ air fryer.

Serve with a side of green salad.

Delicious quiche

I live alone and these mini quiches are the perfect size for me. I can tell that these are well made as the pastry is crunchy and delicious, with a creamy filling. I have tried some of the other varieties, but these are definitely my favourite. I will order these again for sure.
