The Pork Tenderloin is the most tender cut of pork, it is also the one that needs the most attention when cooking so it does not dry.
Pork Tenderloins are super tender, but they need a great sauce to elevate them. Our Pork Roast has been paired with a homemade Porcini sauce and we recommend to serve with roasted vegetables or Kipfler potatoes. 400g.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Raw product, cook before serving.
Preheat your oven at 200 deg.
In a hot pan, sear the pork fillet 2 minutes each side until golden/brown.
Place the fillet in a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
Pour the mushroom sauce in a saucepan and reheat gently for a few minutes until bubbling.
