The ragù (whose name comes from the French word “ragoutier" and means “awake your appetite”) originated as a simple meat sauce that was served as an accompaniment to pasta dishes. This Pork Ragu is full of flavour and best served with Pappardelle or Tagliatelle. Product delivered frozen. 500 g serves 2
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.
Empty into a saucepan and place over a gentle heat, stirring occasionally, till piping hot or empty into a microwave-safe container and heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.
Best serve with Parpadelle or Tagliatelle
When serving you can sprinkle some grated parmesan and some fresh basil.
