The ragù (whose name comes from the French word “ragoutier,” that means “awake your appetite”) originated as a simply meat sauce that was served as accompaniment to pasta dishes. This Pork Ragu is full of flavour and best served with Pappardelle or Tagliatelle. Product delivered frozen.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.
Empty into a saucepan and place over a gentle heat, stirring occasionally, till piping hot or empty into a microwave-safe container and heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.
Best serve with Parpadelle or Tagliatelle
When serving you can sprinkle some grated parmesan and some fresh basil.
