Description

Introducing our Red Pesto Sauce, a vibrant blend of culinary delight that's more than just a sauce. It's a symphony of flavours, meticulously composed by our skilled chefs.

Starting with sundried tomatoes, each one kissed by the sun and bursting with an intense, sweet flavour. We then add red capsicum, which lends a delightful sweetness and crunch to the mix. The olive oil we use is nothing less than liquid gold, lending a smooth, velvety texture to our pesto.

But it doesn't stop there. We sprinkle in Parmesan cheese, lending a nutty and slightly sharp note that elevates the sauce to new heights. And let's not forget the pine nuts, those little nuggets of crunch that add a wonderful contrast to the smoothness of the sauce.

This Red Pesto Sauce is not just cooked, it's crafted. Made from scratch in small batches, it's a testament to our commitment to quality and care. And to seal in all that goodness, we snap-freeze it, so you can enjoy a taste of culinary excellence whenever you please.

Pair it with pasta or use it as a spread on warm, crusty bread for an easy yet delicious meal. Here's to eating well without the stress. Bon appétit!

Tasty Pasta Sauce

Perfect for quick vegetarian mid-week dinner. Heated up and tossed through spaghetti, enough for 4 adults served with a simple green salad and garlic bread. Very tasty.

A nice consistency and flavour with a tang but a little too salty for my taste.

Frequently asked questions

Are the meals frozen?

Absolutely. We snap‑freeze within minutes of cooking so nutrients, texture and flavour stay locked in—no preservatives needed. This is the guarantee of delicious and nutritious meals.

How long will they last in my freezer?

Up to 5-6  months after delivery. Each label shows an Expiry Date; most families finish their favourites long before that!

Oven temperatures: Fan-forced vs. Conventional

All our oven reheating instructions are for fan‑forced ovens that’s the setting most Aussie households use.

  • Using a conventional (top‑and‑bottom) oven? Simply add 10 °C or allow an extra 5–10 minutes to reach the same result.

  • Unsure which oven you have? If your oven symbol shows a little fan, it’s fan‑forced. No fan means conventional.
Whichever mode you choose, always heat until the food is piping hot (above 75 °C) before serving.

How do I prepare the meals at home?

How do I prepare them?
Each product label describes the best method for the dish—choose oven, air‑fryer or saucepan for best results.

  • Oven / Air‑fryer (bakes, pies, lasagnes, quiches, pastries) – 30‑35 min at 180‑200 °C until piping hot and golden if reheated from thawed.

  • Saucepan (curries, stews, soups, sauces) – defrost pack, then warm gently 8‑10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave only for single‑serve meals when you’re truly short on time; 6‑8 min on medium‑high from frozen or 2-3min from thawed. We don’t recommend it for most dishes because rapid heating can dry the food and dull its flavour.

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

We deliver everything frozen for maximum freshness, so keep meals in the freezer until the day before you want them. Once thawed in the fridge (below 5 °C), you can keep them up to 2 / 3 days maximum.

Never refreeze a meal that's been thawed and always check the Expiry Date on the label for dish-specific guidance.

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. On the main menu page, you'll find filters for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low-calorie meals. Please be aware that due to our single kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.
I have allergies - can I trust the labels?

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on pack and online. Email us if you need extra detail.

Is your meat halal?

All our chicken, beef and lamb are sourced from halal‑certified suppliers. Meals themselves are not certified, as our kitchen is not a halal certified.

What about sodium, sugar or macros?

Nutrition panels for every dish are on each product page and dish label. We stick to home‑style seasoning—no hidden MSG, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives or other nasties.

Why frozen over "fresh chilled"

Freezing offers a preservative-free method of conservation and, when performed correctly, is also a gentle process for the product, so you can enjoy conveniently delicious, nutritious and preservatives free meals.
