Description

Savor the rustic charm of our Greek Style Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder. Each bite is a testament to our commitment to quality and care, with lamb shoulder that's been slow-cooked to perfection, just as you'd expect from a meal prepared with love and expertise.

Imagine the lamb, basking for hours in a warm bath of canola and olive oils, absorbing all their rich flavors. A squeeze of lemon juice adds a zesty tang, while a generous helping of garlic and onions lend their robust aromas to the mix.

The symphony of spices is where the magic truly happens. Fresh coriander, parsley, and basil play their green notes against the earthy undertones of cumin, oregano, and mixed herbs. A dash of red chilli and paprika bring a gentle heat, balanced beautifully by a hint of sugar. And let's not forget the classic salt and pepper duo that ties everything together.

Each meal is cooked from scratch in small batches, ensuring that you get the best of our culinary savoir-faire in every bite. Then, it's snap-frozen to seal in the freshness and flavor, ready for you to heat and eat at your convenience.

Pair it with a crisp Greek salad or a side of warm pita bread, and you've got yourself a meal that's not just delicious, but also stress-free. That's Delidoor - home-style comfort with a touch of chef expertise.

To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours.

Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 2–3 days.

Frequently asked questions

Are the meals frozen?

Absolutely. We snap‑freeze within minutes of cooking so nutrients, texture and flavour stay locked in—no preservatives needed. This is the guarantee of delicious and nutritious meals.

How long will they last in my freezer?

Up to 5-6  months after delivery. Each label shows an Expiry Date; most families finish their favourites long before that!

Oven temperatures: Fan-forced vs. Conventional

All our oven reheating instructions are for fan‑forced ovens that’s the setting most Aussie households use.

  • Using a conventional (top‑and‑bottom) oven? Simply add 10 °C or allow an extra 5–10 minutes to reach the same result.

  • Unsure which oven you have? If your oven symbol shows a little fan, it’s fan‑forced. No fan means conventional.
Whichever mode you choose, always heat until the food is piping hot (above 75 °C) before serving.

How do I prepare the meals at home?

How do I prepare them?
Each product label describes the best method for the dish—choose oven, air‑fryer or saucepan for best results.

  • Oven / Air‑fryer (bakes, pies, lasagnes, quiches, pastries) – 30‑35 min at 180‑200 °C until piping hot and golden if reheated from thawed.

  • Saucepan (curries, stews, soups, sauces) – defrost pack, then warm gently 8‑10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave only for single‑serve meals when you’re truly short on time; 6‑8 min on medium‑high from frozen or 2-3min from thawed. We don’t recommend it for most dishes because rapid heating can dry the food and dull its flavour.

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

We deliver everything frozen for maximum freshness, so keep meals in the freezer until the day before you want them. Once thawed in the fridge (below 5 °C), you can keep them up to 2 / 3 days maximum.

Never refreeze a meal that's been thawed and always check the Expiry Date on the label for dish-specific guidance.

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. On the main menu page, you'll find filters for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low-calorie meals. Please be aware that due to our single kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.
I have allergies - can I trust the labels?

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on pack and online. Email us if you need extra detail.

Is your meat halal?

All our chicken, beef and lamb are sourced from halal‑certified suppliers. Meals themselves are not certified, as our kitchen is not a halal certified.

What about sodium, sugar or macros?

Nutrition panels for every dish are on each product page and dish label. We stick to home‑style seasoning—no hidden MSG, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives or other nasties.

Why frozen over "fresh chilled"

Freezing offers a preservative-free method of conservation and, when performed correctly, is also a gentle process for the product, so you can enjoy conveniently delicious, nutritious and preservatives free meals.
