We really enjoyed this dessert. Light and fluffy. Not too sweet. Served with pure cream.

A hit with everyone!

Kids and adults alike *really* enjoyed this one. Servings are quite large (imo) - we were quite satisfied eating 2/3 of it between 4 people.
