Description

Introducing our Stuffed Turkey Breast with Cranberries & Chestnuts Stuffing - a festive delight that's not just for Christmas! This is no ordinary turkey roast; it's a culinary masterpiece, lovingly handcrafted from scratch by our expert chefs. The star of this show is, of course, the succulent turkey breast, but it's the stuffing that truly steals the spotlight. Bursting with the sweet-tart tang of cranberries and the earthy richness of chestnuts, it's a harmony of flavours that sings of comfort and joy.

Our chefs take their time with this dish, meticulously preparing each ingredient before gently combining them. The turkey is then stuffed, slow-cooked to perfection, and snap-frozen to seal in all the delicious flavours. The result? A comforting, restaurant-quality meal that's ready to enjoy whenever you are.

For a truly indulgent feast, why not pair this stuffed turkey breast with our homemade gravy, a dollop of our tangy Cranberry Chutney, and a side of our Kipfler potatoes or Honey Roasted Vegetables? It's the ultimate in convenience and quality - the Delidoor way.

How to cook & serve

To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours.

Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 2–3 days.

Oven:

Place the meat in the fridge 24 to 48 hours before cooking to allow for defrosting. Preheat your oven at 160 degree. Place in a baking tray with all the juice and bake for 110 min at 160 degree and another 10-15 min at 190 degree. Pour sauce on top regularly.

Moist & Delicious

Perfect turkey roll - just ready to warm up and serve. Stuffing was tasty too. I wouldn’t bother doing this from scratch ever again as this one was so easy and great value

Precooked Turkey

Turkey was a little bit dry and when I sliced turkey it fell apart. Tast and stuffing great.
Is there a way to slice turkey without falling apart. I will order again

Generous portion

The turkey was very dry and I think this is because I cooked it too long in the oven. Otherwise the quality of the meat and stuffing was very good

Frequently asked questions

Are the meals frozen?

Absolutely. We snap‑freeze within minutes of cooking so nutrients, texture and flavour stay locked in—no preservatives needed. This is the guarantee of delicious and nutritious meals.

How long will they last in my freezer?

Up to 5-6  months after delivery. Each label shows an Expiry Date; most families finish their favourites long before that!

Oven temperatures: Fan-forced vs. Conventional

All our oven reheating instructions are for fan‑forced ovens that’s the setting most Aussie households use.

  • Using a conventional (top‑and‑bottom) oven? Simply add 10 °C or allow an extra 5–10 minutes to reach the same result.

  • Unsure which oven you have? If your oven symbol shows a little fan, it’s fan‑forced. No fan means conventional.
Whichever mode you choose, always heat until the food is piping hot (above 75 °C) before serving.

How do I prepare the meals at home?

How do I prepare them?
Each product label describes the best method for the dish—choose oven, air‑fryer or saucepan for best results.

  • Oven / Air‑fryer (bakes, pies, lasagnes, quiches, pastries) – 30‑35 min at 180‑200 °C until piping hot and golden if reheated from thawed.

  • Saucepan (curries, stews, soups, sauces) – defrost pack, then warm gently 8‑10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave only for single‑serve meals when you’re truly short on time; 6‑8 min on medium‑high from frozen or 2-3min from thawed. We don’t recommend it for most dishes because rapid heating can dry the food and dull its flavour.

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

We deliver everything frozen for maximum freshness, so keep meals in the freezer until the day before you want them. Once thawed in the fridge (below 5 °C), you can keep them up to 2 / 3 days maximum.

Never refreeze a meal that's been thawed and always check the Expiry Date on the label for dish-specific guidance.

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. On the main menu page, you'll find filters for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low-calorie meals. Please be aware that due to our single kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.
I have allergies - can I trust the labels?

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on pack and online. Email us if you need extra detail.

Is your meat halal?

All our chicken, beef and lamb are sourced from halal‑certified suppliers. Meals themselves are not certified, as our kitchen is not a halal certified.

What about sodium, sugar or macros?

Nutrition panels for every dish are on each product page and dish label. We stick to home‑style seasoning—no hidden MSG, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives or other nasties.

Why frozen over "fresh chilled"

Freezing offers a preservative-free method of conservation and, when performed correctly, is also a gentle process for the product, so you can enjoy conveniently delicious, nutritious and preservatives free meals.
