Description

Thai Green Chicken Curry with Basmati Rice - a delightful dance of flavours where East meets West, brought to life in your kitchen.

This dish is a testament to the magic that happens when you blend the culinary savoir-faire of Delidoor with the exotic allure of Thai cuisine. Each mouthful is a harmonious medley of succulent chicken thighs and an array of vibrant vegetables, including carrots, red capsicum, broccoli, zucchini, and green beans.

But the real showstopper here is our green curry paste, lovingly made from scratch. It's an aromatic blend of herbs and spices, creating a melody of heat and flavour that sings in perfect harmony with the creamy coconut milk. And to add a little extra zing, we've tossed in a handful of red chillies and a dash of fish sauce.

Our curry is then paired with fluffy Basmati rice, its delicate aroma and light texture making it the perfect partner to our rich, robust curry.

The final touch? A sprinkle of kaffir lime leaves, their citrusy scent adding a fresh twist to this hearty meal.

So go ahead, dig in. This is not just a meal; it's an experience - a journey through the vibrant streets of Thailand, right from the comfort of your home. And the best part? It's been snap-frozen for your convenience, so you can enjoy this culinary masterpiece whenever you want. Just heat, eat and repeat!

Remember to pair it with a crisp salad or some warm naan bread for a complete feast. Bon appétit!

How to cook & serve

Frozen product. It is recommended to reheat from thawed.

Microwave:

From Frozen: Peel a corner of the film, about 1 to 2 cm. Microwave for 6-7 minutes or until piping hot. Let it rest for 30 seconds before peeling the film completely off.

From Thawed: Peel a corner of the film, about 1 to 2 cm. Microwave for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot. Let it rest for 30 seconds before peeling the film completely off.

Heating time based on a 1000W microwave. Microwave ovens vary, adjust timing accordingly. After reheating the content, the tray itself will be very hot. Once opened, use immediately. DO NOT REHEAT.

Frequently asked questions

Are the meals frozen?

Absolutely. We snap‑freeze within minutes of cooking so nutrients, texture and flavour stay locked in—no preservatives needed. This is the guarantee of delicious and nutritious meals.

How long will they last in my freezer?

Up to 5-6  months after delivery. Each label shows an Expiry Date; most families finish their favourites long before that!

Oven temperatures: Fan-forced vs. Conventional

All our oven reheating instructions are for fan‑forced ovens that’s the setting most Aussie households use.

  • Using a conventional (top‑and‑bottom) oven? Simply add 10 °C or allow an extra 5–10 minutes to reach the same result.

  • Unsure which oven you have? If your oven symbol shows a little fan, it’s fan‑forced. No fan means conventional.
Whichever mode you choose, always heat until the food is piping hot (above 75 °C) before serving.

How do I prepare the meals at home?

How do I prepare them?
Each product label describes the best method for the dish—choose oven, air‑fryer or saucepan for best results.

  • Oven / Air‑fryer (bakes, pies, lasagnes, quiches, pastries) – 30‑35 min at 180‑200 °C until piping hot and golden if reheated from thawed.

  • Saucepan (curries, stews, soups, sauces) – defrost pack, then warm gently 8‑10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave only for single‑serve meals when you’re truly short on time; 6‑8 min on medium‑high from frozen or 2-3min from thawed. We don’t recommend it for most dishes because rapid heating can dry the food and dull its flavour.

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

We deliver everything frozen for maximum freshness, so keep meals in the freezer until the day before you want them. Once thawed in the fridge (below 5 °C), you can keep them up to 2 / 3 days maximum.

Never refreeze a meal that's been thawed and always check the Expiry Date on the label for dish-specific guidance.

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. On the main menu page, you'll find filters for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low-calorie meals. Please be aware that due to our single kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.
I have allergies - can I trust the labels?

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on pack and online. Email us if you need extra detail.

Is your meat halal?

All our chicken, beef and lamb are sourced from halal‑certified suppliers. Meals themselves are not certified, as our kitchen is not a halal certified.

What about sodium, sugar or macros?

Nutrition panels for every dish are on each product page and dish label. We stick to home‑style seasoning—no hidden MSG, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives or other nasties.

Why frozen over "fresh chilled"

Freezing offers a preservative-free method of conservation and, when performed correctly, is also a gentle process for the product, so you can enjoy conveniently delicious, nutritious and preservatives free meals.
