Description

Introducing Tom Yum, our take on the time-honoured Thai soup. Handcrafted by our talented Thai chefs, Vipaporn and Nattapon, this dish is a symphony of authentic Thai flavours. We've captured the essence of Thailand with vibrant chillies, fragrant lemongrass, zesty Kaffir Lime Leaves, and aromatic Galangal and Garlic.

Our version of this classic soup does a little twist - instead of traditional prawns, we've added tender tofu, making it a hearty choice for both vegetarians and those who simply love a good, comforting soup.

The Tom Yum soup is delicately spiced - just enough to tantalise your taste buds without overpowering them. Our chefs assure us that by Thai standards, it's on the milder side of the heat scale. But don't worry, it's still got that delightful kick that Tom Yum is famous for!

This soup is brimming with fresh veggies - think succulent tomatoes, crisp zucchini, earthy mushrooms, and colourful carrots, all swimming in a creamy broth enriched with Chinese broccoli and cabbage. A dollop of chilli paste adds depth to the flavour profile, while the Tom Yum paste we make from scratch brings everything together in a harmonious blend.

To finish, we squeeze in some fresh lemon juice and add a splash of fish sauce for that quintessential Thai tang. A sprinkle of red chilli, fresh coriander, and galangal provide the final touches to this masterpiece.

Our Tom Yum soup is cooked from scratch in small batches and snap-frozen to lock in all the goodness and flavour. So you can enjoy a delicious, stress-free meal anytime you like. Just heat it up and serve with a side of jasmine rice or your favourite noodles for a complete, nourishing meal. Bon appétit!

Fabulous flavours

Some of the vegetables were a bit too soggy but the spice level was spot on. Loved how the tofu soaked up the flavours too. Would order again.

Great Flavour

I was assuming this would be weak and mild to cover all palates but I was so pleasantly surprised it had a bit of kick to it. I also LOVED that you could see kaffir lime leaves and chilli so you knew it wasn’t just a bulk bought paste but made from scratch. Was tasty.

Tom Yum - Really Yum

I loved this soup! Packed with vegetables and flavour! What I particularly liked is that the vegetables are cut large enough to not turn to mush, but small enough to not be awkward on the spoon :)

Frequently asked questions

Are the meals frozen?

Absolutely. We snap‑freeze within minutes of cooking so nutrients, texture and flavour stay locked in—no preservatives needed. This is the guarantee of delicious and nutritious meals.

How long will they last in my freezer?

Up to 5-6  months after delivery. Each label shows an Expiry Date; most families finish their favourites long before that!

Oven temperatures: Fan-forced vs. Conventional

All our oven reheating instructions are for fan‑forced ovens that’s the setting most Aussie households use.

  • Using a conventional (top‑and‑bottom) oven? Simply add 10 °C or allow an extra 5–10 minutes to reach the same result.

  • Unsure which oven you have? If your oven symbol shows a little fan, it’s fan‑forced. No fan means conventional.
Whichever mode you choose, always heat until the food is piping hot (above 75 °C) before serving.

How do I prepare the meals at home?

How do I prepare them?
Each product label describes the best method for the dish—choose oven, air‑fryer or saucepan for best results.

  • Oven / Air‑fryer (bakes, pies, lasagnes, quiches, pastries) – 30‑35 min at 180‑200 °C until piping hot and golden if reheated from thawed.

  • Saucepan (curries, stews, soups, sauces) – defrost pack, then warm gently 8‑10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave only for single‑serve meals when you’re truly short on time; 6‑8 min on medium‑high from frozen or 2-3min from thawed. We don’t recommend it for most dishes because rapid heating can dry the food and dull its flavour.

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

We deliver everything frozen for maximum freshness, so keep meals in the freezer until the day before you want them. Once thawed in the fridge (below 5 °C), you can keep them up to 2 / 3 days maximum.

Never refreeze a meal that's been thawed and always check the Expiry Date on the label for dish-specific guidance.

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. On the main menu page, you'll find filters for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low-calorie meals. Please be aware that due to our single kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.
I have allergies - can I trust the labels?

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on pack and online. Email us if you need extra detail.

Is your meat halal?

All our chicken, beef and lamb are sourced from halal‑certified suppliers. Meals themselves are not certified, as our kitchen is not a halal certified.

What about sodium, sugar or macros?

Nutrition panels for every dish are on each product page and dish label. We stick to home‑style seasoning—no hidden MSG, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives or other nasties.

Why frozen over "fresh chilled"

Freezing offers a preservative-free method of conservation and, when performed correctly, is also a gentle process for the product, so you can enjoy conveniently delicious, nutritious and preservatives free meals.
