Just such delicious, tasty soup.
I love getting vegetable soup and I get it on the regular.
For this one I add extra salt and pepper, and I defrost the soup with 1 large garlic clove (or 3-4 regular size ones) with a drizzle of olive oil in the pan. Once the soup is simmering the garlic clove is softened and I crush it in the soup.
Otherwise it's a great uni meal.

So glad it is pureed as I don't like chunky vegetables.
