Description

Experience the heartwarming comfort of our Vegetarian Lasagna, lovingly prepared from scratch in small batches. This isn't your run-of-the-mill lasagna; it's a culinary masterpiece crafted with a delightful medley of eggplant, spinach, pumpkin, and mushrooms layered between delicate pasta sheets.

Our expert chefs meticulously balance the robust flavours of earthy mushrooms and sweet pumpkin with the freshness of spinach and the subtle smokiness of eggplant. The result? A vegetarian feast that's as rich and satisfying as any meat-based dish.

Each layer is generously smothered in a homemade tomato puree, made from scratch using ripe, juicy tomatoes. We sprinkle a dusting of Parmesan cheese, adding a sharp, tangy note that beautifully complements the vegetable medley. A hint of mixed herbs and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice add the final touches, enhancing the natural flavours and creating a dish that's truly irresistible.

Once cooked to perfection, our Vegetarian Lasagna is snap-frozen to lock in the freshness and flavour. So, whether you're a busy family or an empty nester looking for a convenient meal option, this lasagna is your ticket to a stress-free, quality meal that's ready in minutes.

Pair it with a crisp green salad or some crusty bread to soak up every last bit of that delicious sauce, and voila! You've got yourself a meal that's not just easy, but a true testament to the French 'savoir-faire'. Bon appétit!

How to cook & serve

Frozen product. The dish must be defrosted before reheating.

To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours.

Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 2–3 days.

Oven:

From Frozen: Preheat the oven to 150°C. Remove the lid and bake in your preheated oven for 35 minutes. Then, bake for a further 20 minutes at 180°C until the top is golden brown and the sauce is starting to bubble over.

From Thawed: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the lid and bake in your preheated oven for 40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the sauce is starting to bubble over. Let the lasagna rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Frequently asked questions

Are the meals frozen?

Absolutely. We snap‑freeze within minutes of cooking so nutrients, texture and flavour stay locked in—no preservatives needed. This is the guarantee of delicious and nutritious meals.

How long will they last in my freezer?

Up to 5-6  months after delivery. Each label shows an Expiry Date; most families finish their favourites long before that!

Oven temperatures: Fan-forced vs. Conventional

All our oven reheating instructions are for fan‑forced ovens that’s the setting most Aussie households use.

  • Using a conventional (top‑and‑bottom) oven? Simply add 10 °C or allow an extra 5–10 minutes to reach the same result.

  • Unsure which oven you have? If your oven symbol shows a little fan, it’s fan‑forced. No fan means conventional.
Whichever mode you choose, always heat until the food is piping hot (above 75 °C) before serving.

How do I prepare the meals at home?

How do I prepare them?
Each product label describes the best method for the dish—choose oven, air‑fryer or saucepan for best results.

  • Oven / Air‑fryer (bakes, pies, lasagnes, quiches, pastries) – 30‑35 min at 180‑200 °C until piping hot and golden if reheated from thawed.

  • Saucepan (curries, stews, soups, sauces) – defrost pack, then warm gently 8‑10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave only for single‑serve meals when you’re truly short on time; 6‑8 min on medium‑high from frozen or 2-3min from thawed. We don’t recommend it for most dishes because rapid heating can dry the food and dull its flavour.

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

We deliver everything frozen for maximum freshness, so keep meals in the freezer until the day before you want them. Once thawed in the fridge (below 5 °C), you can keep them up to 2 / 3 days maximum.

Never refreeze a meal that's been thawed and always check the Expiry Date on the label for dish-specific guidance.

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. On the main menu page, you'll find filters for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low-calorie meals. Please be aware that due to our single kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.
I have allergies - can I trust the labels?

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on pack and online. Email us if you need extra detail.

Is your meat halal?

All our chicken, beef and lamb are sourced from halal‑certified suppliers. Meals themselves are not certified, as our kitchen is not a halal certified.

What about sodium, sugar or macros?

Nutrition panels for every dish are on each product page and dish label. We stick to home‑style seasoning—no hidden MSG, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives or other nasties.

Why frozen over "fresh chilled"

Freezing offers a preservative-free method of conservation and, when performed correctly, is also a gentle process for the product, so you can enjoy conveniently delicious, nutritious and preservatives free meals.
