Beef Bourguignon Pie

For this pie we took our traditional recipe of beef bourguignon (only difference is that we cut the pieces of beef smaller), and we covered it with an egg washed puff pastry sheet. The result is a super tasty pie where the ratio fillings vs pastry is in favour of the filling. Gourmet comfort food at its best.
Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. Defrost before baking. To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 2-3 days.
Preheat your oven at 170°C. Prepare an egg wash (egg and milk or cream) and brush it on the pastry before baking. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
