Description

Introducing our Premium Riverine Rib Eye with Creamy Pepper Sauce, a culinary delight that brings a dash of French savoir-faire to your dinner table.

Crafted with the utmost care, our rib eye is a testament to the exceptional quality of Riverine beef. Raised in the lush, temperate Riverine region, the cattle are nourished on natural pastures and then finished on a balanced diet of cereal grains. The result? A beef with rich flavour and even marbling that will melt in your mouth.

But what's a rib eye without a sauce to match? Chef Sebastien, armed with his culinary expertise and passion for quality, has concocted a creamy green peppercorn sauce that is nothing short of exquisite. The sauce, a blend of cream, beef stock, pepper, onions, white wine, salt, garlic, fresh thyme and a hint of Dijon mustard, adds a tantalising twist to this classic dish.

Every bit of this meal is cooked from scratch and snap-frozen, preserving the freshness and quality you deserve. With Delidoor, you're not just enjoying a meal; you're experiencing culinary excellence that brings comfort and convenience to your home.

Pair this sumptuous rib eye with your favourite sides - perhaps some roasted vegetables or a simple green salad - and you've got yourself a restaurant-quality meal without the fuss. Bon appétit!

How to cook & serve

Frozen product. The dish must be defrosted before reheating.

To defrost, place in the fridge for 24 hours.

Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 2–3 days.

BBQ/Grill:

Take the marinated meat out of the bag. It is recommended to bring the meat back to room temperature before grilling. Heat up the BBQ and cook the meat for 5-7 min on both sides. Put the meat aside and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Sauce Pan:

In the meantime, heat up a pan and pour the sauce into the pan, stir for a couple of minutes. Pour the sauce on the rested meat and serve.

Best piece of beef I have ever had. The sauce was a perfect complement- not taking away from the flavour of the meat. Well done Delidoor!

Frequently asked questions

Are the meals frozen?

Absolutely. We snap‑freeze within minutes of cooking so nutrients, texture and flavour stay locked in—no preservatives needed. This is the guarantee of delicious and nutritious meals.

How long will they last in my freezer?

Up to 5-6  months after delivery. Each label shows an Expiry Date; most families finish their favourites long before that!

Oven temperatures: Fan-forced vs. Conventional

All our oven reheating instructions are for fan‑forced ovens that’s the setting most Aussie households use.

  • Using a conventional (top‑and‑bottom) oven? Simply add 10 °C or allow an extra 5–10 minutes to reach the same result.

  • Unsure which oven you have? If your oven symbol shows a little fan, it’s fan‑forced. No fan means conventional.
Whichever mode you choose, always heat until the food is piping hot (above 75 °C) before serving.

How do I prepare the meals at home?

How do I prepare them?
Each product label describes the best method for the dish—choose oven, air‑fryer or saucepan for best results.

  • Oven / Air‑fryer (bakes, pies, lasagnes, quiches, pastries) – 30‑35 min at 180‑200 °C until piping hot and golden if reheated from thawed.

  • Saucepan (curries, stews, soups, sauces) – defrost pack, then warm gently 8‑10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave only for single‑serve meals when you’re truly short on time; 6‑8 min on medium‑high from frozen or 2-3min from thawed. We don’t recommend it for most dishes because rapid heating can dry the food and dull its flavour.

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

We deliver everything frozen for maximum freshness, so keep meals in the freezer until the day before you want them. Once thawed in the fridge (below 5 °C), you can keep them up to 2 / 3 days maximum.

Never refreeze a meal that's been thawed and always check the Expiry Date on the label for dish-specific guidance.

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. On the main menu page, you'll find filters for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low-calorie meals. Please be aware that due to our single kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.
I have allergies - can I trust the labels?

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on pack and online. Email us if you need extra detail.

Is your meat halal?

All our chicken, beef and lamb are sourced from halal‑certified suppliers. Meals themselves are not certified, as our kitchen is not a halal certified.

What about sodium, sugar or macros?

Nutrition panels for every dish are on each product page and dish label. We stick to home‑style seasoning—no hidden MSG, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives or other nasties.

Why frozen over "fresh chilled"

Freezing offers a preservative-free method of conservation and, when performed correctly, is also a gentle process for the product, so you can enjoy conveniently delicious, nutritious and preservatives free meals.
