Beef bourguignon or boeuf bourguignon, also called beef Burgundy, and bœuf à la Bourguignonne, is a beef stew braised in red wine, and beef stock, flavoured with carrots, onions, garlic, and a bouquet garni, and garnished with mushrooms, and bacon. Served with homemade mashed potatoes. Product delivered frozen. 400g, serves 1.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. The dish can be reheated from frozen, but we recommend reheating from thawed. To defrost, place the tray in the fridge for at least 24 hours. Once defrosted, heat, and consume within 2-3 days.

From frozen: Peel a corner of the film, about 1 to 2 cm. Microwave for 6-7 minutes or until piping hot. Let it rest for 30 seconds before peeling the film completely off.

Heating time based on a 1000W microwave. Microwave ovens vary, adjust timing accordingly. After reheating the content, the tray itself will be very hot. Once opened, use immediately. DO NOT REHEAT.
