Our marinade features the finest olive oil, zesty lemon, pungent garlic, aromatic thyme and oregano, warm paprika and cumin, and a hint of sumac for a tangy twist. Those Chicken Tenderloins skewers are marinated in a made-from-scratch traditional Greek marinade including olive oil, Greek Oregano, thyme, sumac, garlic, lemon, paprika, and cumin. Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. To defrost place the bags in the fridge for at least 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.
Please note: this product contains raw chicken and should be fully cooked before consumption.
Cook the chicken Kebabs on your pre-heated BBQ hot pan with oil, 2-3 min on each side until cooked through. Can also be pan-fried with oil.
Serve with Pita bread, tomato, hot sauce or Tzatziki and a side of Greek salad.
