Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. To defrost put it in fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours.
Preheat your oven to 170C. Bake the vegetables for 4-7 minutes. Alternatively you can also reheat in the microwave-safe dish for 2 min even if oven baking remain the preferred option.
