Vegetable Tian with Honey & Goat Cheese, serves 2

$32.00

A Tian is a traditional baking dish used in Provence, it is also the names of the dishes made using this dish. Our take on the Tian is basically a vegetables stack covered with a Honey and Goat Cheese Gratin. This perfect combination makes a beautiful entrée or a main for our vegetarian friends. 700g

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Defrost in the fridge for 24 hours.

Preheat your oven at 180 deg.

Place the Tian in the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 180 deg.

Simply divine

OMG this was so delicious. I will be putting it into my next order. There was plenty for two of us. We ate it with some roast vegetables and it was a superb meal.

Very enjoyable

This makes a lovely side dish or vegetarian main. I’d be happy if it was on the menu all year round

Delicious!

It’s difficult to get good vegetarian food that is generously-sized, delicious and convenient. This ticks all the boxes.

Was yummy!

Most people were wary when I introduced this to the Christmas meal and some frankly scathing... but all changed their tune when they tasted it! Adds a wonderful kind of "tang" to the meal... guests ended up fighting over it! Will definately have again. Thank you
