For most of them, you won't need to cook them but just to reheat them in your oven or sauce pan. If you purchased some marinated meat or fish, you will need to cook them as they are delivered frozen but raw.

With our home meal delivery service, you will spend less time in the kitchen and more with the family.

The simple answer is yes because we care about what we use as ingredient. By delivering your meals frozen, we lock in the healthy goodness of the fresh ingredients we use, we don't need to add any nasty preservatives to extend their shelf life.

On average, our meals last for around five months in the freezer. All our meals come with a specific expiry date indicated on the label, so check that before you cook!

We make meals for everyone because we understand every family and households are made from people with different taste and dietary requirements. Our vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free meals are nutritious and protein-rich.

And for added assurance, our chicken and beef are halal, so you can be confident in our meal delivery service.

Our ingredients are all sourced fresh, locally. We're very strict about only using fresh, healthy ingredients sourced from environmentally conscious producers.

You will need to dispose it since we cannot collect it back. While we work on a sustainable take‑back solution, please: 

• Cardboard outer: flatten and pop it in your curbside recycling. 
• Wool liner: tear it up for your home compost, tuck it under a garden bed as mulch, or reuse it as natural pet bedding or cool‑box insulation.
