Preparation, cooking and serving instructions
Frozen product. To defrost place the bags in the fridge for at least 24 hours. Once defrosted, heat, and consume within 48 hours.
From frozen, preheat the oven to 150C, place the gratin in your preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, then turn the oven to 180C and bake for a further 15 minutes until the top is golden brown and the sauce is starting to bubble over.
From thawed, preheat the oven to 180C, place the gratin in your preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
If you want to test that the inside has warmed through, insert a temperature probe into the middle to see if it has reached 75C. If the middle is not warm enough, place it back in the oven for another 5 minutes or until bubbling over. Once you are happy that it is heated through, remove from the oven.
Great served with a side of green salad.
