Our delicious handmade goat cheese tart will be the perfect accompaniment to an aperitif with friends and family or just as an entree for Easter. Easy and quick to reheat in your oven.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

To defrost put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours. 

Preheat your oven at 180 deg. 

Bake no longer for 7-10 minutes once completely defrosted.

Great pastry

Although these looked underwhelming when frozen, they heated up perfectly and presented nicely. The pastry is excellent and the filling is delicately flavoured. They are about 8 - 9cm in diameter and very thin. Perfect appetiser.

Delectable goat's cheese and egg filling in a light-as-a-feather pastry case, topped with roasted tomato. Totally more'ish, and the perfect entree or light meal with a salad.
