Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.
The mash can be warmed up in a sauce pan. Poor gently the content of the bag in a sauce pan and reheat at low heat stirring continuously so it does not stick to the bottom. if it is too thick, you can rectify with a bit of milk or cream. It is even better if you finish the mash with a slice of butter.
