Potatoes are blended with warmed butter and cream to create the perfect smooth texture, parmesan added for flavour. Product delivered frozen. 500g, Serves 2.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours.

The mash can be warmed up in a saucepan, simply pour gently the contents of the bag into a saucepan and reheat at low heat stirring continuously so it does not stick to the bottom. Reheating it in a saucepan and not in the microwave will thicken the mash and give it that perfect texture.

If it ends up too thick for your liking, you can rectify with a bit of milk or cream. It is even better if you finish the mash with a slice of butter.

Mash is a smash hit

This potato mash turns out exactly the way I'd do it if I'd made it myself. So good to have in the freezer when I haven;t got time to do anything. Do exactly as the instructions say and you have a tasty mash ready to soak up anything. Yum!
