Confit Pork Belly with Orange and Chilli Jam, serves 2


This is One of Chef Sebastien's Signature Dish. Our Pork Belly is confit with a mix of citrus and herbs. It is made of two pieces of Pork Belly of 150g each. It comes with a small side of orange & chilli jam to enhance the flavour and experience. 300g. 

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost place the bags in the fridge for at least 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours. 

The majority of the cooking has been done by Délidoor (including the confit) so you will just need to reheat the meat and then add the final touch by crisping the skin. Once completed, add your Orange and Chilli Jam to impress your guests and enjoy a great experience.

Preheat your oven at 190 deg and place the pork belly on a baking tray. Bake it for 15-20min until the skin crisps up on the outside.

Perfect Pork

Amazingly tender with a perfect layer of crackle. No effort is required for a great meal.


Very tasty, melt in the mouth tender pork. The accompanying orange and chilli jam provided a nice tang to cut through the richness of the layers of fat. I paired it with some of the roast garlic & herb kipfler potatoes and some steamed broccolini to make a wonderful, filling meal.

A delicious indulgence

This is a restaurant-worthy meal with perfect crackling and succulent flesh. An occasional treat due to the fat content of this particular cut of meat, it is accompanied by a delicious orange confit


Perfect combination of meltingly tasty pork and thin, crunchy crackling. The citrus & chilli sauce provided great contrast. Portion sizes were generous. To get the skin perfectly crunchy took longer than 15 - 20 min in my oven - I just continued cooking until I was satisfied the crackling was done. Delicious!
