Red Thai Curry with Eggplant, Mushroom and Basmati Rice

Chef Vipa did some miracles again with this beautiful mushroom and eggplant red curry. It is packed with flavour, and the coconut milk balances the spicy notes, it is simply beautiful. 385g, serves 1.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost place the tray in the fridge for at least 12 hours. Once defrosted, heat, and consume within 48 hours. The dish can we reheated from frozen, but we recommend reheating from thawed.
From frozen: Peel a corner of the film, about 1 to 2 cm. Microwave for 4-5 minutes or until piping hot. Let it rest for 30 seconds before peeling film completely off.

Heating time based on a 1000W microwave. Microwave ovens vary, adjust timing accordingly.

After reheating the content and the tray itself will be very hot.  Once opened use immediately. DO NOT REHEAT.
