Rosemary and Garlic Marinated Lamb Rump


Lamb, Rosemary and Garlic may be the best combination possible. Our marinated lamb rump will be the most incredible lamb rump you have ever had! With rosemary and garlic perfectly balanced in the marinade, it infuses this meat with the most incredible flavour as well as adding a subtle perfume to the dish. Serves 2. 

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.  

Pan or barbecue : 4-5 min on both sides and let it rest for 10 minutes.

The lamb was very tender and delicious. The fillets were quite thick so we ended up halving them so they would cook faster in the pan. Pan fry or BBQ was recommended. The serving size was good and the taste was lovely!

Delicious roast lamb

Delicious, tender lamb, served with Kipfler potatoes and roast carrots. I haven’t bothered with a roast for one person for ages, this was the perfect solution.

Top quality of meat. The smell alone was devine. I waaas expecting it to be in madalions tho!. I added the kepfla pots extra fresh garlic, oil, 1 tbButter & 1/2 chicken stock & origano & was to die for with roasted garlic & roemary pots. Am ordering again buuut love to try it with stir fry Asian vegies but deli door always has them out of stock? That puzzles me. Theres SOOOO many dishes i want to order and 30% are always out of stock. I dont understand how that could be? Is it only from my end or is it same with everyone else? 🤔🤷‍♀️
