Lamb, Rosemary and Garlic may be the best combination possible. Our marinated lamb rump will be the most incredible lamb rump you have ever had! With rosemary and garlic perfectly balanced in the marinade, it infuses this meat with the most incredible flavour as well as adding a subtle perfume to the dish. 

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.  

Pan or barbecue : 4-5 min on both sides and let it rest for 10 minutes.

This meal was superb. The meat was so tender and tasty. A definite favourite.

Delicious

Loved the flavours. Really good. I would suggest slicing it into a few more pieces. I followed the directions to pan fry each side for 4 or 5 minutes but it was still very rare. Loved the taste and would order again. One of the few options with a low carb count if doing keto.
