Lamb, Rosemary and Garlic may be the best combination possible. Our marinated lamb rump will be the most incredible lamb rump you have ever had! With rosemary and garlic perfectly balanced in the marinade, it infuses this meat with the most incredible flavour as well as adding a subtle perfume to the dish. 

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.  To Defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. 

Pan or barbecue : 4-5 min on both side, Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Lamb

Very tender and tasty, small amount of grizzly for the dog.

Had to fully cook

The lamb was raw so has to be completely cooked from scratch. It was lovely but expensive for a small chunck of lamb you could get for a fraction of the price even ready marinated from the supermarket and cook yourself just the same.
