Lamb, Rosemary and Garlic may be the best combination possible. Our marinated lamb rump will be the most incredible lamb rump you have ever had! With rosemary and garlic perfectly balanced in the marinade, it infuses this meat with the most incredible flavour as well as adding a subtle perfume to the dish. 

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.  

Pan or barbecue : 4-5 min on both sides and let it rest for 10 minutes.

OMG!!!

This one was seriously delicious! We had it with the Mediterranean roasted veggies, and the two made such a superb roast dinner, as quick as a flash! Took a little longer than the recommended time to cook to my taste., because I cooked it on a bbq not a grill.
