Lamb, Rosemary and Garlic may be the best combination possible. Our marinated lamb rump will be the most incredible lamb rump you have ever had! With rosemary and garlic perfectly balanced in the marinade, it infuses this meat with the most incredible flavour as well as adding a subtle perfume to the dish. 

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, cook, and consume within 48 hours.  

Pan or barbecue : 4-5 min on both sides and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Very nice flavours - the two portions were very different sizes though. The cooking time in the online instructions left the meat virtually raw and I had to put them back in the pan for another good 10 mins (and we like medium-rare!)
