Perfect for an impromptu spot of lunchtime entertaining or a gourmet family dinner, our family salmon quiche is made with fresh smoked salmon and packed with flavours. Product delivered frozen.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours.

Reheat in 170C oven for 7-10 minutes.

From frozen, place in 160C oven for 15-20 minutes.

If you like the base a bit crunchy, transfer your tarte on baking paper before to put in the oven.

Serve with a side of green salad.

Yes….delicious!

The only hesitation I have over this is that most salmon sold in Australia now is from fish farms. I prefer to avoid this type of fish, especially now that I am on Chemo and have a compromised immune system, so would appreciate a choice of wild caught fish.
