Christmas specialty at its best, our Turkey breast roast comes with our homemade stuffing. The heroes ingredients of the stuffing are Cranberries and Chestnuts.  We recommend to pair the roast with our home made gravy, our home made Cranberry Chutney, Kiplfer potatoes and/or our Honey Roasted Vegetables. 

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Place the meat in the fridge 24 to 48 hours before cooking to allow for defrosting.

Preheat your oven at 160 deg. 

Place in a baking tray with all the juice and bake for 60 min at 160 deg and another 10 min at 190 deg.

    Special occasion turkey

    We used our bbq to cook our pork on the rotisserie and put this delicious turkey off to the side. Cooked very easily and finished product was tasty and did not disappoint. Basting throughout cooking ensured juicy meat but I think it would have been regardless!

    Xmas the easy way

    I am new to Delidoor and I took a huge leap of faith this Christmas. We got a glazed ham and a ready to cook stuffed turkey breast roll for Christmas Day.
    The glazed on the ham was different than I usually make and at first everyone was a bit unsure, the second slice brought us to a realisation that my glaze has seed its last ham - we all loved it. I wasn’t sure how some would take to the stuffing as everyone has always loved my stuffing balls but again everyone loved it and there was nothing left - not even some of the stuffing for a stuffing sandwich .
    My plan to reduce my cooking load at Christmas was a success - a HUGE success - not sure how I feel, is it a good thing or not …. who am I kidding ! It IS A GREAT TGING ! Less time for me on the Christmas cooking for everyone and a ham and turkey we can all enjoy !!
