Fresh and light, this fetta and tomato quiche is perfect with a green salad for a complete meal. Product delivered frozen.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours.

If already defrosted, reheat in 170C oven for 15 minutes. 

From frozen, place in 160C oven for 20-25 minutes.

If you like the base a bit crunchy, transfer your quiche on baking paper before to put in the oven.

Serve with a side of green salad.

Yummy!!!!

Creamy, but not heavy. Before we left for our exercise walk, we took it out of the freezer and straight into a 140C fan force, preheated oven, set oven timer to automatically turn off in 20 minutes. We had perfect, still warm quiche the moment we got home, about an hour later. Still creamy, eggs not scrambled. A very good quiche!

Perfect sized quiche

This quiche is the perfect size, the goats cheese and pine nuts and yummy and the pastry is crispy.
