Vegetable Tian with Honey & Goat Cheese, 2 persons

A Tian is a traditional baking dish used in Provence, it is also the names of the dishes made using this dish. Our take on the Tian is basically a vegetables stack covered with a Honey and Goat Cheese Gratin. This perfect combination makes a beautiful entrée or a main for our vegetarian friends. 800g.

Preparation, cooking and serving instructions

We bought this at Christmas for a vegetarian guest, but ended up not using it. We ate it yesterday for dinner - absolutely delicious. So well seasoned, you could taste all the different vegs individually, yet it melded into a wonderful whole. Outstanding!

This dish was a great hit! It was full of flavour and although we had it as a side dish, it could easily be the star of a vegetarian course.
