Description

Feast your senses on our Vegetable Tian with Honey & Goat Cheese. This dish is a delightful nod to the culinary traditions of Provence, where the 'Tian' - both the name of a baking dish and the creations it births - originated. Our interpretation is a tower of fresh, vibrant vegetables, layered with care and lavished with a honey and goat cheese gratin.

Each ingredient plays its part: zucchini, red capsicum, pumpkin, eggplant, and mushrooms provide a symphony of flavours and textures, while red onions add a sweet, mellow note. The star of the show, however, is the goat cheese - creamy, tangy, and utterly irresistible when combined with a drizzle of honey. Fresh basil, mixed herbs, and parsley lend an aromatic touch, while a splash of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper round out this harmonious ensemble.

Cooked from scratch in small batches by our expert chefs, this dish is then snap-frozen to lock in all the goodness and convenience. Whether you're serving it as an elegant entrée or a satisfying main for our vegetarian friends, this Vegetable Tian is sure to bring a touch of gourmet indulgence to your table.

For a complete meal experience, pair it with a crisp green salad or warm crusty bread to soak up all the delightful juices. Bon appétit!

Simply divine

OMG this was so delicious. I will be putting it into my next order. There was plenty for two of us. We ate it with some roast vegetables and it was a superb meal.

Very enjoyable

This makes a lovely side dish or vegetarian main. I’d be happy if it was on the menu all year round

Delicious!

It’s difficult to get good vegetarian food that is generously-sized, delicious and convenient. This ticks all the boxes.

Was yummy!

Most people were wary when I introduced this to the Christmas meal and some frankly scathing... but all changed their tune when they tasted it! Adds a wonderful kind of "tang" to the meal... guests ended up fighting over it! Will definately have again. Thank you

Frequently asked questions

Are the meals frozen?

Absolutely. We snap‑freeze within minutes of cooking so nutrients, texture and flavour stay locked in—no preservatives needed. This is the guarantee of delicious and nutritious meals.

How long will they last in my freezer?

Up to 5-6  months after delivery. Each label shows an Expiry Date; most families finish their favourites long before that!

Oven temperatures: Fan-forced vs. Conventional

All our oven reheating instructions are for fan‑forced ovens that’s the setting most Aussie households use.

  • Using a conventional (top‑and‑bottom) oven? Simply add 10 °C or allow an extra 5–10 minutes to reach the same result.

  • Unsure which oven you have? If your oven symbol shows a little fan, it’s fan‑forced. No fan means conventional.
Whichever mode you choose, always heat until the food is piping hot (above 75 °C) before serving.

How do I prepare the meals at home?

How do I prepare them?
Each product label describes the best method for the dish—choose oven, air‑fryer or saucepan for best results.

  • Oven / Air‑fryer (bakes, pies, lasagnes, quiches, pastries) – 30‑35 min at 180‑200 °C until piping hot and golden if reheated from thawed.

  • Saucepan (curries, stews, soups, sauces) – defrost pack, then warm gently 8‑10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Microwave only for single‑serve meals when you’re truly short on time; 6‑8 min on medium‑high from frozen or 2-3min from thawed. We don’t recommend it for most dishes because rapid heating can dry the food and dull its flavour.

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

We deliver everything frozen for maximum freshness, so keep meals in the freezer until the day before you want them. Once thawed in the fridge (below 5 °C), you can keep them up to 2 / 3 days maximum.

Never refreeze a meal that's been thawed and always check the Expiry Date on the label for dish-specific guidance.

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. On the main menu page, you'll find filters for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and low-calorie meals. Please be aware that due to our single kitchen environment, trace amounts of allergens may be present.
I have allergies - can I trust the labels?

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen lists are printed on pack and online. Email us if you need extra detail.

Is your meat halal?

All our chicken, beef and lamb are sourced from halal‑certified suppliers. Meals themselves are not certified, as our kitchen is not a halal certified.

What about sodium, sugar or macros?

Nutrition panels for every dish are on each product page and dish label. We stick to home‑style seasoning—no hidden MSG, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives or other nasties.

Why frozen over "fresh chilled"

Freezing offers a preservative-free method of conservation and, when performed correctly, is also a gentle process for the product, so you can enjoy conveniently delicious, nutritious and preservatives free meals.
