Spanakopita or Greek Spinach Pie is your ultimate vegetarian Greek dish. Quite versatile it can be eaten at any time of the day as a starter or a main. Inside you will find some fresh crumbled Greek Feta mixed with spinach and layered in filo pastry brushed with olive oil. It is then backed it until golden and crispy. Frozen product. Once defrosted, heat, and consume within 48 hours.
Please note these cooking instructions are merely a guide as different ovens may vary the cooking times. Feel free to heat a little longer if you feel necessary. Our cooking durations may be a little less than needed as we want to avoid any dishes being overcooked or burnt.
From thawed, preheat the oven to 160C, place the pie in your preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Great served with a side of Greek salad.
