Delidoor Return and Refund Policy

At Delidoor, we take great pride in the quality of our meals and the care we put into preparing them. Because our products are perishable, we cannot offer refunds or returns if you simply change your mind.

Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our meals come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe that a product you’ve received is damaged, defective, or does not meet these guarantees, please contact us as soon as possible.

Send an email to hello@delidoor.com.au with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if relevant. We will review your request and get back to you within 14 days with an outcome.

Refunds and Credits

If your request is approved, we’ll either replace the item or offer a refund at our discretion. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.

Unless you request otherwise, refunds will be issued as store credit. You can ask for the refund to be made back to your original payment method instead.

Please note that delivery and handling fees are non-refundable, and refunds do not include these costs.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t provide a refund or replacement if the delivery address was entered incorrectly.
